How do you conduct mediations?
Mediations are held in person or virtually via Zoom.
Where are in-person mediations usually held?
We have conference rooms available for in-person mediations at our office located at 3451 Lawrenceville-Suwanee Road, Suite C, Suwanee, Georgia 30024. He does also travel for mediations, but he needs to review the distance and approve prior to scheduling.
What are your qualifications?
Scott Spooner has been practicing law for over 26 years. His primary focus has been family law for the past 20 years. He has both mediated and litigated many complicated high asset divorces over the course of his career. Scott is also on the Gwinnett County ADR list of approved mediators.
How much experience does your firm have with mediation disputes?
To date, Scott Spooner has mediated well over 100 cases as a mediator and has been an attorney at more than 200+ mediations.
