Usually homeowner’s assessments occur quarterly. Our law firm works with the HOA to send out letters notifying individual home owners about the outstanding assessments, and if the outstanding assessments remain unpaid, we will help our clients file liens or lawsuits. In some situations, the home owners are willing to work with the HOA and are in need of a payment plan. Our attorneys work with homeowner’s associations to establish legally enforceable payment plans for the homeowners. This process assists the HOA by lessening costs of representing the HOA in court, as the homeowners have admitted the validity and amount of the debt. We strive to accomplish the goals of our clients in the manner in which they prefer. Covenant Violations

Covenant violations are typically handled by the Property Management companies. In certain situations our lawyers have helped our clients with collection of the fines charges or enforcement of the violations. We also handle covenant review and revisions whenever necessary.
